Man rides e-scooter in the middle of a busy road.
Happened on July 31, 1025hrs at Tampines Ave 10
It is an offence to ride a device on a path or road which it is prohibited from.
If caught, you may be subjected to penalties, such as fines up to $2,000 and jail time of up to 3 months.
PMDs are only allowed on cycling paths.
