Fail to conform to traffic signals and nearly knock down pedestrian

Driver of #SNF3633G failed to conform to the traffic signals and nearly hit a pedestrian. If the pedestrian was not alert, an accident could have occurred. The pedestrian was shocked after safely crossing the street.
