Terms and conditions:

1.    This contest is organised by ROADFLY PTE LTD, which manages www.roads.sg

2.    The contest is only open to registered users of the ROADS.sg page, whom have set up a registered account with ROADS.sg

3.    The contest is only open to registered users who have a registered and working Singapore handphone number. 

4.    ROADS.sg reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by ROADS.sg are final and no further discussion or correspondence will be entertained. ROADS.sg may, but is not required to, justify any decisions relating to this contest.

5.    ROADS.sg reserves the right to amend these rules or terminate the contest at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by ROADS.sg under these rules shall be final and no further discussion or correspondence will be entertained. ROADS.sg may, but is not required to, justify any decisions relating to this contest.

6.    All persons (‘Contestants’) taking part in this contest agree that these rules shall be binding on them, and that the entries in this contest, including their name and likeness, may be used without restriction in any future publicity material by ROADS.sg.

7.    The Contestant acknowledges that the interest and good reputation of ROADS.sg is of paramount importance. ROADS.sg reserves the right to disqualify a Contestant from the contest, or to withdraw the prize if it believes the Contestant is in breach of its obligations under the rules. The Contestant shall not by act or omission, directly or indirectly bring ROADS.sg into disrepute.

8.    In the event of more than 1 winner, the prize will be shared equally among the winners.

9.    All entries are sent at the risk of the Contestant and in the event that there are technical difficulties experienced arising out of the internet or from any associated equipment or internet security is compromised, ROADS.sg may at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify the entire entry and shall not accept any liability in doing so.

10. Contest entries may only be submitted via the stated medium of communication, which is the ROADS.sg contest portal, accessed via the ROADS.sg main website. 

11. This contest is open to anyone above 18 years old and contestants under 18 years old are prohibited from entering this contest.

12. Each entry must be completed in full. ROADS.sg reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete entries in its sole and absolute discretion.

13. Contestants shall only submit one entry and multiple entries of the same identification; meaning name, phone number, or email, shall be treated as ‘spam’ and shall be ignored.

14. Incomplete entries and incomplete registration forms will be deemed void.

15. Entries will be judged by ROADS.sg management solely on the correctness of the answer(s) furnished and accuracy of personal details furnished with the judges’ decision as final.

16. Winners will be notified within 48 hours of the COE results being made live, via email.

17. The winner is required to respond within a week from notification date in order to be an eligible winner. Winners who fail to respond in the alotted time period will be forfeited.

18. Uses of ‘aliases’ shall be considered a form of deception and is prohibited.

19. No contestant disputes shall be entertained by the ROADS.sg team

20. All Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and ROADS.sg excludes all warranties in connection with the prize to the extent permitted by law.

21. All Contestants release from, and indemnify ROADS.sg, its agencies, sponsors and representatives against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

22. All personal particulars furnished are meant for identification purposes and in the event of a winner, for payment purposes. Information given to ROADS.sg will not be sold or given to any third parties.

23. Prizes will be forfeited if not collected within the time frame stated after the announcement of winners.

24. In the event of a draw (two-way or more) between guesses, the winning priority goes to the contestant with the chronologically earliest guess

25. This contest is not open to staff or any direct family members of the staff of Roadfly Pte Ltd (the organiser)
