Video caught on 1 March 2020 @ Jalan Besar. Suzuki sx4 with car-plate no. #SKM8361G was caught on the road with an expired road tax & outstanding fines. Crucially, the driver was seen running a red light.
It is an offence to keep or use a vehicle whose road tax has expired. The penalty includes a fine up to $2,000.
