Posting as video witness for truck driver.
There are lessons here for all of us to learn from.
Truck driver was unlucky to have followed this car that braked hard trying to exit that road. Truck driver will be faulted as it is a rear end accident.
Lessons for all:
1) If truck does not have a dash cam to prove the front car e-brake then truck driver have got no case against the front car.
2) Even if the front car made this last minute braking, the police will fine the car driver and it has nothing to do with insurance claims. So truck driver will still kenna claim.
3) Keeping a proper lookoout and having proper safe distance from front car is important.
4) Lastly, do not get distracted as that will rob you from the reaction time in braking and stopping in time.
Drive safe and keep others safe.
