Happened in Malaysia.
Occupants of black car were thrown out of car for NOT wearing seat belts. Thankfully they were not seriously injured.
An accident can happen to anyone, anytime and anyplace. So wearing a seat belt once inside a moving car is important and needs to be reminded and enforced on occupants by driver for their own safety.
Also please ensure all infants and toddlers are strapped into appropriate carriers and booster seats.
