“The PMD rider disregarded the traffic light, which have already turned RED MAN, and dash across the crossing. Thank goodness the driver of the turning car was alert to stop. The PMD rider’s total disregard of his own safety not only endanger himself, but also other road user.
Hope this video will educate other PMD riders to be more careful and respect traffic rules.”
