One ROADS.sg follower aptly pointed out: “This is a prime example of why motorists should not always be at fault for crashes with pedestrians. If she’s physically able to climb over the barriers in the center divider, then she’s very physically capable of using the overhead footbridge. In the process of swerving to avoid the pedestrian, the driver could have hit that red car next to him, or killed a motorcyclist/biker and caused a much bigger and deadlier chain collision.”
