Huge python found in drain at Stirling Road in Queenstown

Facebook user Willy Soh uploaded a video and some photos of a huge python being taken out of a drain in Queenstown along Stirling Road by 2 ACRES personnel on Monday 12 Oct.

Mr Soh commented on how professional and careful the ACRES handlers were, and said the python will be sent to the Singapore Zoo. Reticulated pythons are not uncommon in Singapore and being nocturnal are usually only active at night.

We commend ACRES on a job well done. Remember, if you encounter wild animals or creatures, do not engage them yourself, contact ACRES at 9783 7782.
